Last night, in London, the Rosewood hotel hosted the 6th edition of the BOA ( Best of Africa Awards) which celebrates every year the humanitarian involvement of the players of african origin from the Premier league.
Mamadou was very touched to receive the prize of the association of the year for AMSAK that he created 5 years ago with his wife Majda Sakho.
The goal of AMSAK is to help children in difficulty around the world and more particularly in France, in England and in Africa.
Its fields of intervention are education, sport, health, development, humanitarian and social.
Mamadou and Majda chose to make use of their exposure, to bring a modest amount of light to people in need, too often forgotten… They hope to create vocations, in fact « if each one does good things worthy of his means, we can together improve the daily life of those in need ».
